Trustees Vote to Hold Three General Grants Meetings Annually

At a Board of Trustees meeting of the Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation last week, a new policy to have three general grants meeting a year instead of four was approved. The first general grants meeting of the year has already been held. The remaining two general grants meetings will be held May 20 and Sept. 24. Credit unions should make note of the new dates.

Foundation Associate Director Staci Zale says this will give credit unions more time to submit their expenses and be reimbursed during the same calendar year the grant was issued, and will eliminate the need to accrue grants into the next year - making things cleaner for the Foundation’s auditors.
